One Hundred Posts (Thanks For Reading)!

By Elisha Dorfsmith

With thousands of views, hundreds of comments and countless shares on social networking sites, I am happy to say that I have officially made it to 100 posts on the Flag Liberty Blog.

Over the past 15 months I have tried to offer insight and information from a liberty perspective on as many issues and topics as possible. Thanks to everyone who has read, commented, critiqued and shared my articles.

If you have not done so already, please consider subscribing to the Flag Liberty Blog. When a critical issues arises we need as many people as possible tuned in and ready to spread the word at a moments notice. When you subscribe, you will receive an email update whenever a new blog is posted.

If you read through my older posts you will notice that many are even more relevant today than when I first wrote them. For example, my warning about “Top Two” is becoming a very real possibility for Arizona. As I type, volunteers across AZ are collecting signatures to put this terrible measure on the ballot.

The Arizona Daily Sun has written several editorials supporting “Top Two” including this one in today’s paper. Once again, it is up to the alternative media to push back. We need to start educating the public about this now or Arizonans are going to be fooled just like the people of California and Washington were. California and Washington will never have a third party candidate on a general election ballot again. We cannot let the duopoly win here in Arizona.

Many of my readers started reading my blog for the education articles. I sincerely apologize for slacking off in that area in recent weeks. Campaigning, teaching, working and political activities have taken up the majority of my time. As soon as things slow down I plan to attend and report on school board meetings again.

In the meantime, I encourage you all to start attending city council, school board, county and other meetings and report or blog about them. We desperately need a network of people shining the light on our elected officials while holding their feet to the fire.

If you have a local liberty oriented blog, please let me know and I will be sure to link to it in the blog section of flagstafflibertyalliance.com
